As a certified public accounting firm, Big Mountain CPA can meet nearly all of your tax and accounting needs. Individual and small business tax work is critical, with services ranging from basic small business reporting and payroll services, through complex tax strategy, cash flow, and multi-entity consultation. On-going advisory work is our specialty, and we want to be part of your team to help you make wise decisions year round, not just for taxes.
TAX RETURNS
We can prepare all required Federal and State income tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and businesses. These generally include Forms 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, etc. We are happy to assist with any income tax, sales tax, or payroll tax compliance matters that you are dealing with.
BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
While we do not currently offer in-depth bookkeeping services, we can provide support in all areas of reporting and helping you to understand your financial statements and cash flow concerns. We can offer payroll processing services as well. We do not offer attest services, including compilations, reviews, or audits of financial statements.
TAX AUDIT SUPPORT

As a licensed CPA, I would be happy to represent you before the Internal Revenue Service and any applicable State agencies for all tax matters, including notices received, setup of payment plans, audit support, filing of delinquent tax returns from prior years, etc.
